Shipment Pricing Details

MustDeliver's shipper charge and driver payment for each load is based on lane-specific market rates informed by FreightWaves Sonar data. The Total Shipper Charge, MustDeliver Fee, Payment Processing Fee, and Driver Fee will be shown in both the web app and mobile app when the shipment is created by the shipper and offered to the driver. The Payment Processing Fee depends on which payment method the shipper chooses. The Driver Fee and MustDeliver Fee are the same regardless of which payment method the shipper chooses.

Base Shipment Charge = MustDeliver Fee (10%) + Driver Fee (90%)
Total Shipper Charge = Base Shipment Charge + Payment Processing Fee

Payment Processing Fee is one of the following.

Credit Card Fee: 3.1% of Base Shipment Charge + 0.25% of Driver Fee
ACH Credit Fee: $1.50 + 0.25% of Driver Fee
ACH with Terms Fee: ACH Credit Fee + 3% of Base Shipment Charge per 30 days

Accessorials

Detention Rate: $50 per hour starting 2 hours after scheduled appointment time, driver must be on time for schedule appointment, maximum of 6 hours detention per load
Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU): $400/load if shipper cancels within 24 hours of pick up appointment and MustDeliver is unable to find an equivalent load for the driver
Lumper Fees: Lumper fees will be charged to the shipper and reimbursed to the driver as incurred with proof of payment
