Open Communication between Drivers, Shippers and MustDeliver

At MustDeliver, we know how crucial it is to be on top of your shipments and how frustrating it can be when you can’t get in touch with someone in the know.
We provide several lines of communication between all parties while a shipment is in transit. First, you can communicate directly with the driver on the shipment via the MustDeliver web app. You might need to let them know of any last minute changes to pick up or delivery instructions. Further, the driver can communicate back to you via the MustDeliver mobile app so they can keep you informed of any unexpected changes or get clarification if needed.
Of course if you prefer to communicate with MustDeliver via email or phone (text or voice), we’re available to do that too. From pricing questions, to scheduling pick up or delivery appointments, to handling last minute logistical changes, we are here to help. You will be kept fully informed of any arrangements we make on your behalf. And our open communication extends to everything we do including pricing. You’ll know not only what you are paying but what the driver is earning and MustDeliver’s fee. With MustDeliver, there are never any hidden fees or surprises.
